PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 24 (1) (c) of the The Planning and Development Act, 2007 , public notice is hereby given that the City of Humboldt intends to consider a Discretionary Use Application under Section 3.10 of the Zoning Bylaw 04/2016 which proposes to operate a ‘fitness centre’ within (portion of) the building located at 606 9th Street (part occupancy with business operator ‘Monico Cresting Inc.’).
INTENT
The site plans and floor plans can be inspected at City Hall on any judicial day between the hours of 8.30am and 4:00pm – or by contacting Frank Carpentieri (Planning Coordinator) to arrange viewing.
PUBLIC MEETING
A public meeting will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 5:30pm. Those wishing to submit their comments on this proposed discretionary use or are interested in appearing before Council by delegation, please submit your request by email to cityclerk@humboldt.ca prior to noon on Thursday, January 20, 2022.
