The Human Resources Coordinator leads and assists managers and employees with staffing, classification, benefits, employee relations and development. It advises on matters relating to the interpretation and application of our collective agreements. It also manages the payroll and benefits services in conjunction with the corporate compensation program.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for the cooperative development and delivery of policies and programs ensuring they align with legislation and supports Management with organizational goals and objectives.
The City of Humboldt employs approximately 120 employees comprised of out-of-scope and Union employees. The union employees are represented by Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 2359.
