In this series of freestyle workshops, you’ll be mentored by one of our guest artists – Kayla Hanson, Leane Harasymchuk, and Laura Kneeshaw – where you’ll begin with a 30-minute warm-up before jumping into self-guided work.
This first night will feature Kayla Hanson’s warm-up “Overthinking Optional: Letting Go of Getting it Right”.
