We would like to welcome our new Bylaw Enforcement Officer, Justin Tarrant, to our team! Justin officially started in this position on Monday, May 31, 2021, and replaces Norm Mattock, who recently retired after over 10 years as the City’s Bylaw Enforcement Officer.
Reporting to the Director of Protective Services, the Bylaw Enforcement Officer is tasked with providing education and enforcement of the City Bylaws that help keep our community safe, respectful, and clean.
