Dave Rowe

Elected as Councillor in 2024

Dave Rowe was born in Weyburn, SK, graduated from Luther College in Regina and attended the University of Saskatchewan. There, he earned Bachelor degrees in Education and History (with High Honours). He also met his wife, Cheryl, at U of S. After teaching in southern Saskatchewan for four years he came to Humboldt where he taught at Humboldt Collegiate for the last 28 years and raised his sons: Eric and Aidan. He coached football, track and field, minor hockey, umpired baseball and officiated hockey. He has also had poetry and a short story published.
