PUBLIC NOTICE
Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Humboldt, pursuant to Section 207 of the Planning and Development Act, 2007, intends to consider adopting a bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 04/2016 known as the Zoning Bylaw.
INTENT
-
- That the Zoning District Map referred to in Section 11 of Bylaw No. 04/2016 be amended in the following matter:
a) By rezoning portion of parcel with land description Section 25 Twp 37 Rge 23 W 2 Extension 4 from FUD – Future Urban Development Use to R1- Low Density Residential District to as shown on the map below.
The portion being rezoned is intended to be subdivided to create low density residential lots and is aligned with the City’s intended future use of this district.
- That the Zoning District Map referred to in Section 11 of Bylaw No. 04/2016 be amended in the following matter:
EXAMINATION OF BYLAW
This Bylaw may be inspected by interested persons at the City Hall on any judicial day between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and is available on the City’s website at www.humboldt.ca
PUBLIC MEETING
This matter will be considered at the Regular Meeting of Council to be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers at 715 Main Street, Humboldt. All written submissions received by the City Clerk by noon on Thursday, May 19, 2022, will be forwarded to City Council. Council will also hear all persons who are present at the meeting and wish to speak to the matter.
