Each year, Bylaw Enforcement donates proceeds from all tickets issued and paid in the month of November to a different local charity or organization. This year for every ticket issued the individual had the option to donate a toy of equal value of the fine or pay cash. This year, the chosen organization was PARTNERS Family Services. Of the 29 tickets issued, 25 were paid or toys donated. These gifts will go to four local deserving families to help make their Christmas that much better. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays for the City of Humboldt!
