ADHERING TO SELF-ISOLATION:
Self-isolation is for everyone’s safety. Self-isolation is crucial in preventing COVID-19 from spreading. It means staying at home and avoiding situations where there is a potential to spread the infection to others.
If you are required to self-isolate, or have chosen to do so voluntarily, we know this is hard, but for the health of your family, friends and community please stay home.
Some local businesses are offering take-out and delivery services, as well as specific shopping times for those who are vulnerable.
Please follow these self-isolation guidelines:
- DO NOT attend public places, such as grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, and places of worship;
- LIMIT visitors to your home;
- CANCEL or reschedule non-urgent appointments;
- DO NOT take public transportation such as buses, taxis or ride-sharing where you would be in contact with others;
- ASK family/friends to drop off food or run errands for you.
We cannot stop the virus. But we can slow it down.
Thank you for your cooperation.
