In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, to minimize the risk of transmittal of the virus, the City will be closing the following City-operated facilities effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 until April 30th, 2020, or until further notice:
- Humboldt Uniplex:
- This includes the Aquatic Centre, Convention Centre, Fitness Centre, and the Elgar Petersen Arena.
- Humboldt and District Museum & Gallery
- Reid-Thompson Public Library
The closures of these facilities will result in the cancellation of all previously booked public and private events scheduled within these facilities.
